All 9th–11th Grade Students Interested in Fall Sports

Attention: All 9th–11th Grade Students Interested in Fall Sports Any student planning to participate in football, soccer, cross country, golf, girls’ tennis, or girls’ volleyball for the 2026–2027 school year must have a new sports physical. If you would like to receive a physical at school, forms can be picked up from Mr. Shevitz (Room 122) or in the gym. Completed forms (signed by a parent/guardian) must be returned to Mr. Shevitz. SciTech physical date TBD. If you choose to get a physical from your own doctor or MedExpress, all forms must be submitted to Mr. Shevitz before the start of preseason on August 17th. Important Notes: Sports physical packets can NO LONGER be turned into coaches or the athletic trainer If you complete your physical on your own, you will need to scan or take clear photos of each page and email them to [email protected] Current 8th Grade Students - you must obtain your own physical for fall sports.
